Carved into Santa Cruz Island's TK side is the Painted Cave, a colorful, huge, watery cavern. Extending for TK miles inward, the cave is one of the largest submarine caves in the world -- and just one of hundreds scooped out of the island's cliffs. Its entrance, a series of arches that get smaller and smaller, is guarded on the TK side by this face chiseled into the rock.
